🔒 All Sales Are Final  
Due to the nature of our products being blind box collectibles, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each purchase is a surprise experience, and contents are randomly packaged by the manufacturer.

📦 Opened Items Cannot Be Returned
Please note that once a blind box or internal packaging (e.g., foil bag) is opened, the item is considered used and non-returnable.

✅ Return Exceptions  
We will only accept a return if:
- The item is proven to be inauthentic using a verified authentication site that validates the figure’s unique scan code; or
- The item is returned unopened and in original condition, and you have contacted us for written return authorization within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Hand-Assembled Figures
All figures are manually assembled and may have minor variations. These differences are a natural part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
