Yes. All products sold on our website are 100% authentic and original. We source directly from trusted suppliers and brands such as Pop Mart. If you ever have concerns about authenticity, we encourage you to verify the product through official brand verification channels.

📦 What is a “blind box”?

A blind box is a sealed package that contains one random collectible from a series. The exact item you receive is a surprise until you open the box. Some figures are more rare than others, which makes collecting them more exciting!

🎁 Can I choose which item I’ll get?

No. The essence of a blind box is the surprise element. Each box is factory-sealed and we do not know the contents ourselves. This ensures fairness and the thrill of the reveal.

🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the random nature of blind boxes and the potential for packaging tampering, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada and United States.

⏱ How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, custom releases etc. Depending on the shipping option picked at checkout, you will receive tracking information once your order ships.

📮 What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
